Event Planning

Thanks for your interest in planning an event at Grace Community Church (GCC). Use this guide if you are planning a private event or an event sponsored by GCC (small group, GCC-wide event, bible study, etc.).

Please print the guide and forward the completed guide to the office 30 days in advance of the event. A staff person will contact you to complete your request.

Note: There is a nominal fee for private events. Also, the following events are discouraged:

1. Political rallies, fundraisers, etc.

2. For-profit enterprises

3. Events in conflict with our Statement of Faith or mission as a church
